I was a devoted fan of a different web shoe site (and still am) and had always steered away from here. Well, I purchased a pair of shoes from here for the first time last week. Today they're on my happy feet. This has been my best online shopping experience.

You guys are great! I have boxed the shoes up and included the tags in a zip lock. Thank you for such good customer service. I am a customer service freak. I once got a letter praising the way my employees handled customer service. The customer said we were better than Nordstrom¡¯s.
