    This painless and regular exercise has built muscle tissue and improved my balance. Also the cushioning reduced inflammation, so I can be more active than I've been in years. I love these MBT Shoes.

    The MTB shoes take some getting used to. Standing is actually hardest since you feel you're constantly on a rocker.I wear these for everyday sporting.
