    MBT Shoes definitely cause me to walk with better posture and they do force me to engage my core. I'm not winning any fashion awards, but they serve their purpose for sure.

    These shoes look good, and go with dressy to casual, but they also serve as a workout machine.MBT shoes help you burn more calories then normal shoes, and also tone up your legs and thighs.

    So I decided to give these MBT's a try. The breaking in part is wierd. you really can only do a short time in the beginning and gradually wear them into a full day.

    These MBT's are of the highest quality. The price was right and although they are "discontinued" they are just as good as new versions.
